The band is called Sunset Rubdown. The song is called "The Men Are Called Horsemen There." It's not for everyone, I suppose, but I think it's grand.

It's a side project Wolf Parade's lead singer. Or, it's an earlier version of Wolf Parade that continues to exist, making Wolf Parade the side project.
